Application: (rubber)
Ø various kinds of rubber has good reinforcing properties, its in EPDM/NBR reinforcing performance close to half a reinforcing carbon black reinforcing level 774
Ø used in all kinds of rubber, can significantly improve the mechanical and physical performance, and reduce the production cost.
Especially in the processing stability, flexibility, flexible resistance and flame retardant performance have a definite advantage;
Ø due to its layer structure, so it has excellent blocking performance (air tightness), used in the inner liner of the tire, inner tube, such as basketball rubber bladder formula, can double or triple instead of carbon black, provide air tightness and not reduce the comprehensive mechanics performance of the rubber;
Ø conveyor belt have synergistic flame retardant effect than other flame retardants have a higher tensile strength and wear resistance.
Ø damping products, partly replace carbon black using incremental, can reduce the static stiffness ratio, reduce the cost.
Ø wire and cable, rubber hose, rubber door such as extrusion (injection) products, can increase the speed of extrusion and surface smoothness, and improve the insulation performance and permeability resistance.
Ø cost reduction: the price is lower than the carbon black
Ø lamellar structure, high porosity, specific surface area is big, 2 sio2, Al2O3, H2O, reinforcing sex is good
Ø qualitative light, soft, particle size distribution is reasonable
Ø low content of impurities, non-toxic, tasteless, available food grade
Ø excellent chemical stability
Ø increase hardness is slow, a lot of the physical properties of filling effect is not big
Ø self-lubrication effect is good, reduce the friction coefficient
