Paraffin oil has two very important properties. One is flash point and one is viscosity.
Flash point is the ignition point of paraffin oil, viscosity is the fluid of paraffin oil.
Many rubber products prefer low viscosity paraffin oil, but the low viscosity of paraffin oil tends to be low.
