Topfill ® N90 is a modification of silica, SiO2 in high temperature conditions and Si rapid oxidative gas and oxygen in the air condensing and form a kind of ultrafine silica powder material, similar to the gas phase method of silicon dioxide.The ultrafine powder is modified by the advanced production equipment introduced from Germany.
1.2 components
The main components are silicon dioxide and silicon compounds, accounting for 92 percent of the total, and the rest are Al2O3.
Fe2O3, MgO, CaO, NaO, etc. account for about 4 of the total.
1.3 microstructure
1.3.1 particle structure
According to transmission scanning electron microscope analysis, TopfillN90 particle particles are amorphous spheroid particles with amorphous amorphous phase, and the surface is relatively smooth. The individual spheres are independent from each other, and no collective structure has been formed.The maximum diameter of the sphere is about 600nm.

1.3.3 physical and chemical analysis
Topfill N90 has a large surface area and low structure.According to the test, its nitrogen adsorption specific surface area (NSA) value was 19.48m2/g, and DBP oil absorption value was 0.83ml/100g.It can be seen that the particle surface of fill topn90 is basically a smooth structure, and there is no collective structure formed between the particles.
Because there is no chemical or physical action between the structural elements, the collective structure will not be formed.Topfill N90 has a smaller mechanism unit and a lower surface energy than the agglomeration of particles such as white carbon black and carbon black that are bonded to each other.

3.1 dispersion

3.2 increase plastic
When using Topfill N90, the mixing glue is very liquid.When replacing other packing products by the same amount, the mixing glue has lower Mooney viscosity, and the extrusion deformation is small.
3.3 reinforcement
Through the microcosmic and physical and chemical analysis of the structure, Topfill N90 does not have the reinforcing effect in theory, and even causes the physical properties of the glue to decline.However, in the actual test formula, the physical properties of the filler did not decrease when the filler was replaced by the same amount.Some key properties have been improved effectively even when some parts of the superabrasion-resistant carbon black have been replaced by the same amount.This may be due to its extremely fine structural units and good dispersion of the results.
3.4 high elasticity
Due to its excellent dispersibility and special structure, it can effectively improve the dispersion of all kinds of coordination agents in rubber, which can be interpreted as a relative increase in the glue content of the formula.Therefore, when using Topfill N90, it endows the adhesive with high resilience, low heat generation, low hysteresis loss and low rolling resistance.
3.5 flame retardant coefficency
Topfill N90 has a significant carbon forming effect, covering the organic surface to block air;At the same time, the flame retardant disperses more evenly in the organic matter, reducing the number of fire retardant used.
3.6 budget
In black products, Topfill N90 has an inherent advantage as a filler or reinforcing agent.When used in large quantities, the reinforcement performance will not be affected.
